As Senior Sales Events Manager , the successful candidate will responsible for the day to day running of the Clerkenwell Green sales team. They will oversee the functions of the sales managers, actively pursue new business, and manage certain venues and clients. They will be responsible for proactively growing revenue and producing new business
About the role:
As Senior Sales Events Manager , the successful candidate will responsible for the day to day running of the Clerkenwell Green sales team. They will oversee the functions of the sales managers, actively pursue new business, and manage certain venues and clients. They will be responsible for proactively growing revenue and producing new business
To set sales team venues and clients.
To foster and grow the relationship with established venues and clients.
To proactively look for new business and new venues and tender where appropriate.
To lead CG’s development of brand ideas and images.
To work with the Head of Events and Head Chef to improve the CG food service and style.
To work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the event.
To represent CG in company or industry events.
About You:
Previous sales experience of a senior level within London event catering is desirable but not essential’
Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
Flexibility to work on events as and when required
Passion for food and wine is a plus!
