London’s Abbey Road Studios was originally an elegant sixteen-room residence built in 1813. This Georgian townhouse at No.3 Abbey Road was opened in 1931 as the world’s first purpose-built recording studio. There are four different studios to accommodate the different kinds of music recorded there. Host your event in these famous rooms and walk in the footsteps of legends.

Abbey Road Studios 3 Abbey Road London, NW8 9AY
The Beatles recorded around 90% of their albums at EMI Studios between 1962 and 1970. The building became infamous following the impromptu photoshoot on August 8th, 1969 for the ‘Abbey Road’ album cover. The iconic photograph of the group walking on the zebra crossing outside the studio was the last of six shots and took around 10 minutes. This album cover has become one of the most famous and imitated images in the history of popular music.
