We wanted to give you his insight into our world:
How long have you been with Clerkenwell Green?
I have been with Clerkenwell Green for 6 whole years
Describe your job in three words
Different every day!
What do you think are the key skills/attributes you need to excel at your job?
Determination, hard work, ability to focus on the job at hand and never say something can’t be done.
What is it you love about the company?
The people you work with make the company (and the Benugo loyalty card is a great plus!)
What do you think CG does best?
Excellent fine dining experience, whether it’s 50 or 500 guests.
What have been your favourite events to work on?
I worked on a VIP job for Aston Martin which was filled with incredible cars and the early morning Science Museum Tim Peaks landing was unforgettable.
What is your favourite venue to work within and why?
I love the Science Museum, especially after-hours when its closed to public!
What is the strangest request that you’ve ever received and how did you deal with it?
One of the guests broke her heel at the beginning of an evening event and I used a nail to secure it back in place for her.
What do you think have been the biggest changes to Clerkenwell Green during your time there?
The warehouse space has drastically changed. When I started all the equipment was stored in the vans as we only had the kitchen and a tiny office attached.
Where would you like to see Clerkenwell Green go next – what do you hope are the next steps for the company?
I would love a new office and bigger warehouse with more space and easy parking. Moving onto bigger and better things!
