Get planning Christmas 2020

The early bird catches the worm, start planning Christmas 2020 now!

Christmas event dates are usually confined to a two-week period, with Thursdays and Fridays being the key dates our clients look to book. There is nothing worse than leaving it to the last minute and not securing the venue, date or event suppliers. As a month filled with events, December is one of the busiest times of the year for caterers. The main priority for us is that our clients enjoy the Christmas party as much as their guests do.

You may be thinking Christmas 2019 is only just over, but people are already looking ahead to next Christmas. This is becoming an increasingly popular time to plan and book your next festive celebration, to avoid disappointment however crazy this might seem. Often the most popular venues and event spaces have already been booked come Spring, so January really is the perfect time to start planning.

The earlier you book the venue, the better – unsurprisingly, good venues go quickly. First steps are to source and secure said venue. We have compiled a list of some of our favourite locations for your guests to celebrate in style later this year.

Postal Museum

Make sure your Christmas Party 2020 is a roaring success and travel back in time to celebrate the festive season at The Postal Museum, with their 1920’s Prohibition-era speakeasy theme. Descend into the Mail Rail Depot and explore the original tunnels and station platforms of London’s 100-year-old postal railway. As their exclusive caterer, we will provide an elegant cocktail menu with themed dining options including canapés and bowls circulated to guests.

Ashmolean Museum

Celebrate at Britain’s first public museum situated in the heart of Oxford and surround your guests in art and history at the Ashmolean Museum! We are so proud to partner with the Ashmolean Museum as their exclusive caterer and the spectacular galleries and backdrops will not fail to impress your guests. With a particular focus on sustainability, menus are designed to showcase the best, locally sourced produce. Our Head Chef aims to ensure that ingredients are used thoughtfully and works to minimise waste at every turn. Discover a range of sparkling and sustainable options for guest numbers from 50–150.
