I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of the effort and support that you and your staff provided last night. Our guests had a fabulous experience  - as I am sure you will hear about today - they didn't want to leave! (apologies if this caused any problems)  The food was outstanding and the staff were attentive and extremely patient with our guests. The team did a great job adapting to the rather sudden change to the schedule when our MD (Bill Clinton) initiated the second round of speeches before the dessert had been served - I'm afraid he is a little spontaneous at times. The support and level of communication that you provided to us on the run up to the event was also second to none; the evening ran seamlessly thanks to you and your team, both in advance of the event and on the evening itself.

A great night had by all! I'm really looking forward to working with you again.
